Samurai are unleashed in Conqueror’s Blade
As the Sakura petals fall, Conqueror’s Blade launches its new Japan-themed Sengoku season.
Booming Tech and MY.GAMES are excited to announce the start of the ‘Sengoku’ Season for their tactical MMO Conqueror’s Blade. Players will walk the path of the Samurai as they recruit new units inspired by the warriors of Japan, embark on a new seasonal campaign, and experience the challenge of a new solo PvE mode to help level up their warriors.
Players will be able to earn three new units while progressing through the seasonal content. The following units are available to unlock throughout the Season:
-
Ronin (3-Star): Sword-wielding Ronin can deal a high amount of damage in a short amount of time.
-
Onna-musha (4-Star): A more defensive option, these glaive-wielding female warriors use their long reach to fend off attackers.
-
Orochi Samurai (5-Star): If enemy cavalry poses a problem, Orochi Samurai can respond with their polearms to swiftly deal with mounted foes.
Amplifying these warriors, Unit Mastery is a brand-new growth system. Through it, a unit's Mastery will gradually unlock as you level it up, enabling players to increase its attributes and alter its skills and mechanics. With the roster of units pushing beyond 100 unique options, balancing has become more challenging over time. This new feature (in addition to changes to existing units) is aimed at giving players more freedom in unit selection while commanding a competitively viable army.
The new solo PvE mode, Mastery Commander, is an excellent avenue for increasing a player’s Unit Mastery. Players progress through a multi-stage siege culminating in an assault on the enemy commander. Players can bring their own units but will also receive random additional units and support from friendly NPC Heroes.
Via the Sengoku Battle Pass, players can unlock two new Samurai-themed outfits. The Shadow Muraji Hero Attire is unlocked immediately on the premium Battle Pass, and reaching the highest tier will reward the Red Stag Hero Attire and Red Stag Mount Set in addition to all the other available rewards. Conqueror’s Blade is available via its website and/or Steam.
